Who Knew creating could do this?
In finding a niche, someone or something that brings you peace and joy the person you used to be is transformed to the person you are today. I've been blessed by all three.
The intention for this site is to be open, honest and as transparent as possible (some laundry just shouldn't be aired~ lol).
Do you have low self-esteem?
Are you continuously doubting your abilities and worth? I did, and to be honest, some days I still do.
When I began creating, I was literally filled with doubt. Doubt in my ability, doubt in what my family and friends might think and most any other kind of doubt you can imagine. Yet there was still a part of me that said "go for it". At first I tried crocheting, sewing came later (epic fail) then came vinyl, then back to sewing, overcoming quilting obstacles and the next thing I knew, Crafteesoul was born.
YOU CAN TOO!
YOU can overcome emotional turmoil. You CAN be fulfilled and happy, You CAN be the person you want to be ~ YOU just have to want it bad enough to chase it through all of the ups and all of the downs.
An Untruth
It would be untrue if I told you this journey has been easy, it hasn't! It would also be untrue if I told you it was inexpensive, it isn't!
What is true? If it was easy, it would be boring and unfulfilling (at least for me). With Crafteesoul, I have found confidence and self-esteem along with a mixture of awe and confusion.
Each little, tiny, baby step along the way gives me the confidence to continue moving forward. Trust me, I have failed on more projects than I care to count or admit. However, all of the forward progress outweighs, by far, any set backs.
Don't Quit!
Do not give up on yourself, find support from the people you surround yourself with. Find your happiness and pursue it with all that you have. The results are priceless!
