Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. In the event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

NOTE: Fashion Masks may not be returned for any reason. All products are inspected for quality prior to shipping. However, if there is a workmanship, fabric or other disorder to your fashion mask please reach out for a prompt resolution.

All other items may be returned, exchanged and/or refunded within 30 days of receipt.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Include in your package the reason for your return request (too small, too large etc.)  This information will allow us to improve our products to ensure Customer Satisfaction.

Refunds

You will be promptly notified that your returned item has been received (if email has been provided).

After inspecting the item, you will be promptly notified on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) will be initiated.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

For exchange items the seller may discount or waive shipping costs on your replacement item.
